Step-by-step workflow from concept to production.

* One revision is included; additional re-samples will be quoted separately.
* We help organize all final production info into standard documents (Tech Pack, BOM, Size Specs), ensuring smooth manufacturing execution.
Initial Inquiry
→ Share your sketches, tech pack, or design concept.
→ We review the style direction, target price, quantity, and timeline.
Sample Development
→ Fabric sourcing and swatch selection.
→ Pattern making and prototype sewing based on your design.
→ Technical specifications applied to ensure accurate construction.
Final Sample Approval
→ Once the sample is approved, all production details will be confirmed, including fit, trims, packaging, and fabric.
Bulk Production
→ Fabrics and accessories are purchased.
→ Cutting, sewing, labeling, and finishing are executed according to the approved specs.
Packing & Delivery
→ Garments are packed with custom labels/tags (if required).
→ Final products delivered with shipping documents and tracking.
Quotation & Cost Estimation
→ Receive an initial quotation based on your design complexity, fabric choice, and order volume.
→ Sampling fee and lead time discussed.
Sample Review & Revision
→ Sample is shipped to you for fitting and review.
→ Revisions (if needed) will be adjusted and re-sampled accordingly.
Order Confirmation
→ Final order quantity, delivery date, and payment terms are confirmed.
→ Production planning starts upon PO & deposit.
Quality Control & Inspection
→ AQL inspection or custom checklist applied.
→ Each garment is checked for measurement, stitching, and finishing consistency.
Ongoing Support
→ We support reorders, new developments, and provide long-term collaboration assistance.
