Design Review
→ Review of tech pack, sketches, reference images, or sample garment.
→ Clarify construction, fabric type, and complexity level.
Labor Cost Estimation
Calculated based on:
→ Garment complexity (sewing steps, cutting layers).
→ Special treatments (washing, distressing, print, embroidery).
→ Time consumption per unit.
Sampling Fee
→ Quoted separately based on style complexity.
→ Sample fee can be refundable upon bulk order (if agreed).
Final Quotation
→ Total unit price = (Materials + Labor + Packaging).
→ Ex-factory price or FOB based on agreement.
→ Quotation valid for 30 days (standard).
Material & Trims Estimation
→ Cost of main fabric, linings, rib, labels, buttons, zippers, etc.
→ Based on sourcing options or client-supplied materials.
Packaging & Labeling
→ Hangtags, care labels, polybags, barcode stickers, etc.
MOQ Impact
→ Price will vary based on order quantity (MOQ affects unit price).
→ Quotation will reflect price breaks by volume.
